Expertly crafted bespoke gates from a family run company

K P Wooden Gates was established 18 years ago to make wooden gates in response to a demand in the Mansfield, Chesterfield & Nottingham areas. We supply and fit wooden gates to all of nottinghamshire and surrounding areas At the time research proved that made to measure wooden gates were very expensive. So we decided to address this situation and produce a wide range of gates at affordable prices. Our simple philosophy of making good quality gates at the right price has seen the demand in these areas rise.

We know that you can buy more expensive gates but we think you will have to go a long way to find a better value for money. We use Scandinavian Red Wood for all our gates, which is tight grained and used in joinery applications. The joints are mortised and tenoned, the gates are manufactured and assembled by hand, which means each one receives individual attention. All timber used is tanalised treated for maximum life expectancy.
